3 sudu sos tomato
thyme & rosemary (saya tambah)
- panas minyak zaiton
- masuk daging
- masuk semua sos
- garam, thyme & rosemary

bawang:
5 bawang besar - dadu
5 cili padi - tumbuk (saya tambah)

- tumis miyak zaiton
- masuk bawang
- masuk cili padi & garam
